Quinoa Bircher muesli with blueberries & passionfruit
Ingredients
11/2 cups milk 
1 tsp vanilla bean paste 
11/2 cups traditional rolled oats 
1/2 cup quinoa flakes 
2 punnets Eureka blueberries 
2 passionfruit, halved 
yoghurt & honey to serve
Method
1 Combine the milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add oats and quinoa, stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2 Spoon into serving bowls, top with yoghurt, plenty of blueberries and a drizzle of passionfruit and honey.
Tip: Quinoa Bircher muesli will keep 4 days in the fridge.
